Seafood! Seafood! Seafood! will always make my heart melt, and this appetizer definitely hits the bull’s eye. Simplicity and flavor makes this delish a winner whenever it gets served.
Jumbo Shrimps deveined, de-shelled and tail on – 10 pieces
Garlic finely chopped – 3 cloves
Ginger finely chopped – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 2-3 teaspoons
All spice – 1 teaspoon
Paprika – 1/3 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
Garlic Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Orange rings – 6-7 rings
Spring Mix – for platting up
Soaked Bamboo Skewers
In a bowl mix all the ingredients with the shrimp and set aside for 10 minutes.
Once the tens minutes is up take the shrimp and thread the shrimps onto the soaked bamboo skewers, brush with olive oil and set aside for another 5 minutes.
Heat the grill pan and add a teaspoon of oil. Once the oil is hot line the threaded shrimps on the grill and grill them 2-3 minutes on each side.
